Returns & Exchanges
- I do not accept returns, exchanges. This is to ensure that all customers are receiving brand new, unworn jewelry!
- However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order & I will do everything I can to help!
- If your order arrives broken, please contact me within 7 business days after delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged earrings.
- I package my orders with love & care to ensure the items arrive to you in the original condition.
- However, I understand sometimes things happen that are out of my control, and I am happy to help resolve any issues.
Custom Orders
- Please message me via the contact me page with details for your custom order. This can include size, shape, style, color, etc.
- Once a design is agreed upon, I will send you a quote along with a custom order link to pay for your order online.
- Payment is required before I begin making your order!
Please allow up to 10 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays) to complete your Custom Order. Thank you for your patience! ♡
* Made To Order Items *
- Items that have *Made To Order* in the description can take up to 7 business days to complete (this does not include shipping time) - but I do try to get your order out as soon as possible!
- Please keep this in mind if you need your items by a specfic date.
Shipping Info
- Packages are shipped via USPS - Two options available: Ground Advantage and Priority.
- Standard Ground Advantage Shipping is $5.00 flat rate
- Priority Shipping is $8.00 flat rate
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days (ready to ship items only)
- Estimated delivery is 2-5 days after your order has been processed and shipped within the lower 48 United States but please note that during the holidays this time may increase!
- If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, shipping can take up to 26 days via USPS Ground Advantage
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package (Yipee! 🎉)
- Before tracking, please allow 1-2 business days for the courier website to update the tracking number into their system
- If you have trouble finding your tracking email, please check your junk folder!
- Please double check that you have entered your shipping address correctly. I am not responsible for your package being delivered to the incorrect address if the address was not entered correctly at checkout. Thanks ♡
PAYMENT
All prices stated are in U.S. Dollars. You can use any of the payment methods listed below!
- What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. I am not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
1. Check your debit/credit card details to make sure the information is correct. Double check your expiration date and billing address!
2. Make sure you entered the security code correctly - that is the three digit number on the back of your card.
3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment - since they can not tell me the reason for this, it is best to check with the card issuer or contact your bank.
If you have tried all these and are still having problems, please contact me and let me know as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and I will try to resolve it as soon as I can.
- Can I amend/cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, as I aim to have your order processed as soon as possible, I am unable to cancel your order after payment has been made. Please thoroughly check every detail provided before making payment!
